Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of United States,age 18 or older. Employees of Pink Possum Boutique, its affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor
The giveaway is sponsored by Pink Possum Boutique, located in Gluckstadt, MS .

3. Agreement to Rules
By entering, participants agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms & Conditions, and represent and warrant that they meet the eligibility requirements.

4. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted starting on 9/27/25 and ending on 10/31/25.

5. How to Enter
No purchase necessary. Each dollar spent during the giveaway period is an extra entry. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified.

6. Prize(s)
Winner(s) will receive 1 Year of Clothes Valued at $2400. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or substitution is permitted.

7. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner(s) will be selected by Clean Sweeps, under the supervision of Pink Possum Boutique. Winner(s) will be notified via [email/phone/social media DM] within [7] days of the closing date. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within [7] days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants
By entering, you understand and agree that Pink Possum Boutique, anyone acting on its behalf, and its licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms
Pink Possum Boutique reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the promotion.

10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Pink Possum Boutique from any liability related to injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation or acceptance of the prize.
