Return Policy – Pink Possum Boutique

Starting a Return

We totally understand that sometimes things just don’t work out!
To begin a return, simply log into your account and head to your Order History. From there, select your order and click Request a Return.

Please note: once an order is placed, we aren’t able to cancel or make changes — thank you for understanding!


Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to send it back.
If you chose Local Pick Up, your 14-day window starts the day your order is placed — not when it’s picked up.
We’ll email you when your order is ready (check that spam folder just in case!).


Store Credit & Exchanges

All eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchange — we do not offer refunds to your original form of payment.
Your store credit never expires and can be used toward anything online or in-store.

Please note: any orders not picked up within 6 months will be donated to a local shelter, and store credit cannot be issued for those items.


Return Eligibility

We kindly ask that all items be returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains

  • Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged box

If an item is returned and doesn’t meet these conditions, we’ll send it back to you.


Items That Can’t Be Returned

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Sale or clearance pieces, jewelry, cosmetics, lingerie, socks, sunglasses, scarves, hats, belts, hair accessories, and gift cards.


Preorder Items

Preorder pieces are such an exciting way to snag styles early!
Please note: if you order in-stock items along with preorder items, your entire order will ship together once all preorder pieces have arrived.
If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.


Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for processing. You’ll receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.

Items that don’t meet our return guidelines may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
