Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after being placed. During sales or holidays, processing may take a little longer — we promise it’s worth the wait!


Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! You’ll receive free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100. Orders under that amount ship at our standard flat rate.


Q: Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Absolutely! Choose Local Pick Up at checkout to grab your order from our Madison, MS location. You’ll receive an email when it’s ready — please check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
(Local pickup orders not claimed within 6 months will be donated.)


Q: What if my order has a preorder item?
A: Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will ship together once all preorder pieces arrive.
If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.


Q: What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: Once your order leaves our boutique, it’s in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your tracking hasn’t updated or you believe your package is lost, reach out to the carrier directly and then email us — we’ll do our best to help you locate it.


Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we currently ship within the U.S. only — but stay tuned, we’re always growing!

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Log into your account, open Order History, and click Request a Return. Please note — once an order is placed, it can’t be changed or canceled.


Q: How long do I have to return something?
A: Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. For Local Pick Up, your return window starts on the day the order is placed, not the pickup date.


Q: What’s your refund policy?
A: All eligible returns are issued as store credit or exchange — no cash refunds. Store credit never expires!


Q: Can I return sale or personal items?
A: Sale items, jewelry, cosmetics, lingerie, socks, hair accessories, and gift cards are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged.
