When you place a pre order with us, we order that item based on your order. They cannot be canceled or refunded.
Although we try are best to stick to the estimated time listed for each pre order, it is still an estimate. Sometimes shipping delays happen and we can not control it. If there is a delay we will let you know.
Local pick ups are usually ready same day, we will notify you when it is ready. We generally ship same/next day during regular business hours. Orders placed after 4pm CST will go out the next day. Pre Order items can not be canceled or refunded.

- We offer free shipping on orders over $100
- PRE ORDERS times are an estimate and can vary slightly. Pre Orders are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
- All orders ship within 1-3 business days. If it is after a large sale, shipping may take an extra day or two.
- Next Day shipping orders must be placed by 2pm CST to go out same day. We ship thru USPS. Once the package has left our hands, it is up to the USPS to get it delivered to you. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Local pickup is available in Madison ( 105 Lexington Dr. Suite A)
- You can locate your tracking info under your account.
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you select LOCAL PICK UP Your return window starts on the day your order is placed, not when you pick it up.
- Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT or exchange only.
- All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
- You may NOT return the following: SALE/CLEARANCE items, cosmetics, JEWELRY, lingerie, socks, sunglasses, scarves, headbands, hairbows, hats, belts and gift certificates.
- You are responsible for the shipping fee and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label.
- Once your package is received please allow 5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
- Please mail items eligible for return to our mailing address
- If you send an item back that does not meet our return guidelines we may charge a 20% restocking fee.
