Returns

To initiate a return:  Please log into your account. Go to your order history and request a return. 
Once an order is placed we cannot cancel it or modify it. 

    Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you select LOCAL PICK UP Your return window starts on the day your order is placed, not when you pick it up.
    • We send out email notifications when your item is ready. Please check your spam folders. 
    • Returns are eligible for STORE CREDIT or exchange only. We do not offer money back.
    • Items not picked up after 6 months will be donated to a local shelter. You will not get credit back for these. Unfortunately we do not have the room to keep them longer than this. 
    • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box. If you return items that have been tried on and they have make up on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you.
    • You may NOT return or exchange the following:  SALE/CLEARANCE items, cosmetics, JEWELRY, lingerie, socks, sunglasses, scarves, headbands, hairbows, hats, belts or gift certificates.
    • You are responsible for the shipping fee and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Once your package is received please allow 5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
    • Please mail items eligible for return to our mailing address 
    • If you send an item back that does not meet our return guidelines we charge a 20% restocking fee.
